Membership Meetings
Upcoming meetings:
The Board of Trustees organizes meetings of the members at least annually to conduct business of FCCS, Inc., if any, such as Board elections. These state of school membership meetings are usually held twice per year. Membership meetings are open to members of FCCS, Inc. as defined by the Bylaws.
Proxy submission
If you cannot attend the membership meeting, please submit your proxy by the night before to ensure we achieve quorum.
Each attending member can carry up to three proxies.
